Returns & Exchanges
We offer FREE RETURNS on all purchases made in the continental United States.
We hope you absolutely love your Natalie Wood Designs piece, but in the event which you are unhappy with your purchase we offer free returns and exchanges for shipments within the continental United States. Please see information and requirements below for submitting a return request.
Any item(s) purchased through Nataliewooddesigns.com that are eligible for return can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange if sent back within seven (7) days of the receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange up to 30 days after the receipt of product. See Eligible Items for Return for more information.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN
An item IS eligible to be returned or exchanged only if it meets the following criteria:
-The item(s) must be unworn.
-The item(s) must be in its original condition, without defects or damage. We thoroughly inspect all items for defect and damage prior to shipment. Item(s) that are damaged due to the buyers’ negligence and/or use will not be accepted. If you receive item(s) that are damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.
-All of our jewelry is tagged with a tamper proof tag so that you may try on your pieces at home, but if this tag is removed it will NOT be eligible for return.
-All packaging materials must be included with the return – earring/jewelry card(s), jewelry pouch(es), wooden box(s), and jewelry care card.
-Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of product. Your exchange must be postmarked within 30 days of the receipt of product.
-The item(s) is not a personalized piece. Please note that all custom, engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
-The item(s) was not discounted and/or the item(s) is not a sale item. Please note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
–The item(s) is not a free gift, associated with a gift with purchase promotion. Please note that gifted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
–The item(s) was purchased through the Natalie Wood Designs online store. Item(s) purchased through a Natalie Wood Designs retailer are not eligible for return through the Natalie Wood Designs online store. Please contact the retailer you purchased the item(s) from to learn about their return policy.
STEPS TO SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If you choose to make a return, please follow the instructions below.
-To make a return, you must first request a return by sending an email to email@example.com. Please include the following:
-Your Order Number (You can find this number on the top right page of your invoice or in your confirmation email)
-Email associated with the order
-Reason for return
-As soon as we receive your email we will issue you a free return label by email.
-Include in your return shipment all item(s) eligible for return (See above Eligible Items for Return for a detailed list of what we will accept.) and a copy of your invoice, if you were the purchaser.
-Once you have completed all the steps above, attach the return label that was issued to you by email, and ship your return. Conveniently drop your package at a USPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end).
-Please note that unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee will be issued if returns are postmarked after seven (7) days of your receipt of purchase. Returns made after thirty (30) days of receipt will not be accepted.
-We will not issue a refund or store credit for merchandise returned to Natalie Wood Designs in a used or damanged condition. Please take special care to pack your return item(s) securly in the exact manner they were delivered to you.
-If you request an exchange and an item is not available or back-ordered, we will contact you to let you know of the unavailability. Your exchange request will be cancelled if we are unable to contact you.
-Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased.
-International shipments are not eligible for return or exchange. If you do have an issue with a purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will receive an email within 1-2 days of Natalie Wood Designs receiving your return. We try our best to process all returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 7 days to process your return from the date the return is received. You can check the status of your return at any time using the tracking number on the return label or by emailing us at email@example.com. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that depending on your financial institution, refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.
Note: Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased.
If a product was purchased during a promotional period, such as a “gift with purchase” special, the item can be exchanged for the full purchased price. If the value of the exchange falls below the promotional gift threshold, you must return the gift or we will charge you for the full price of the gifted product. Please note that gifted products are not eligible for return.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
An agreement is made between Natalie Wood Designs (“Seller”) and you (“Purchaser”) once we accept your order. A complete description of the goods, price, and applicable tax are agreed upon between the Seller and Purchaser once an order placed.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of a promotion or payment, and reserves the right to modify or cancel a order or promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
Natalie Wood Designs eGift Cards can be redeemed online at Nataliewooddesigns.com. Gift cards are not eligible for return or eligible to be redeemed for a cash value, reloaded, or resold. A gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotional offers cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
