SHIPPING RATES

  • Orders over $50: FREE SHIPPING within the United States on all orders over $50 via USPS First Class.
  • Orders under $50
    • USPS First Class: $7.50
    • Priority Mail: $10.00

We also offer ground and expedited shipping options via UPS.

  • UPS Ground: $15.00
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: $30.00

We offer expedited shipping via UPS.  Please note that if you select expedited shipping, you will need to provide a physical address since UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: $30.00 (Arrives in 2 business days.)

All orders that are submitted before 12PM PST, Monday-Friday, will ship the same business day.

Orders are processed immediately and typically ship the same business day.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out Monday.

If you selected a traceable shipping option, please follow these steps to track your package:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to the homepage and click on your name
  • Click on “Orders”
  • Click on the order number for the order you would like to track
  • Click on the tracking link that appears below each item

Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. 

  • USPS First Class: Arrives in 4-8 business days.
  • USPS Priority: Arrives in 1-3 business days.
  • UPS Ground: Arrives in 2-5 business days.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Arrives in 2 business days.

We hope you absolutely love your Natalie Wood Designs piece, but in the event which you are unhappy with your purchase we offer free returns and exchanges for shipments within the United States. 

RETURN POLICY

Any item(s) purchased through Nataliewooddesigns.com that are eligible for return can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange if postmarked within seven (7) days of the receipt of product.

To request a return, email us at service@nataliewooddesigns.com.  All returns sent back without approval from our customer service department will not be processed and returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return any item(s) must be in their original unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes, and jewelry bags must be included with your return.

We thoroughly inspect all items for defect and damage prior to shipment. Item(s) that are damaged due to the buyers’ negligence and/or use will not be accepted.  If you receive item(s) that are damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.

RETURN PROCESSING

You will receive an email within 1-2 business days after your return has been received.  We try our best to process all returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to seven (7) business days to process your return from the date the return is received.  You can check the status of your return at any time by emailing us at service@nataliewooddesigns.com.  Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.  Please note that depending on your financial institution, refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.

All custom, engraved pieces, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Gift with purchase items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Item(s) purchased through a Natalie Wood Designs retailer are not eligible for return through the Natalie Wood Designs online store.  Please contact the retailer you purchased the item(s) from to learn about their return policy.
Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased.
International shipments are not eligible for return or exchange.
