Shipping & Returns
What is your Shipping Policy?
Orders are shipped from our Spokane, Washington warehouse Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of the purchase date, however, orders can take longer to ship during sitewide sales and the holiday season.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. If ordering Next Day Shipping or 2-Day Shipping before 12PM PST, the order will be shipped the same day.
Note: If an order is placed after 12PM PST on Friday, it will be shipped the following week.
All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
All orders are passed off to a third-party courier. Natalie Wood Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit and all claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Domestic (Within the US)
USPS Ground Advantage ($4.95) 4-7 business days *after processing and shipping
USPS Priority ($9.95) 2-5 business days *after processing and shipping
UPS Ground ($14.99) *after processing and shipping
UPS 2-Day ($25.00) *after processing and shipping
Note: UPS 2-Day orders must be placed before 12PM PST to be shipped same day
International Shipping
(3-20 business days)
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will vary based on the size and weight of your package
Please note: All shipping charges are non-refundable and Natalie Wood Designs is not responsible for customs, duties, or additional fees at delivery.
Can I update my shipping address?
We are unable to guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted - but we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.

What is your Return Policy?
We offer returns for a full refund (minus a $4.95 return fee) within 14 days of the delivery date and exchanges/store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.
All returns must be submitted via service@nataliewooddesigns.com for approval. At this time we do not accept returns for international shipments. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer. We are not responsible unauthorized returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
All returns must have their original tags intact and attached to the item(s) for a refund or exchange to be processed.
Note: All returns must be unworn and have no visible signs of wear or damage. If our customer service team deems that your item has been worn, the return will not be processed and the item will be shipped back to the original shipping address.
Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Return processing begins after the return is delivered to us. After your return has been processed, you will receive an email with a refund notification. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
If your purchase was made at a Natalie Wood Designs retailer, you will need to return your item at the point of purchase.

Exclusions to Return Policy
Final sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. These items include: Pieces which can be found on the SALE page, pieces purchased using a discount code of 25% off or greater, or free gifts during BOGO offers.

How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, you must submit your return request via service@nataliewooddesigns.com for approval.
If approved, you will receive a pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label to be used to return your item(s). All items being returned must be dropped off or picked up by USPS. Please note, a $4.95 return fee will be deducted for shipping costs.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 60-day warranty on all Natalie Wood Designs pieces.
We stand behind our products, but more importantly, we stand behind our customers. If a Natalie Wood Designs piece fails during normal wear within 60 days of delivery date due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair the piece at no cost.
Note: Pieces purchased through a Natalie Wood Designs retailer are excluded from this warranty.
Jewelry Care
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry piece(s) looking as beautiful as you, we recommend you follow these easy and simple steps: Remove your pieces before showing or swimming and keep your pieces away from skincare products by avoiding contact with lotions, creams, and perfumes (a good tip is to put your jewelry on last).
We plate our pieces with a layer of gold that is 20x the industry standard and use a protective coating to prevent tarnishing. These steps will help extend the life of your piece. To store your pieces, keep them in a plastic bag to help avoid moisture in the air or in the complimentary jewelry pouch that accompanies every purchase.
Do you offer product repairs?
We stand behind our products, but more importantly, we stand behind our customers. If a Natalie Wood Designs piece fails during normal wear within 60 days of delivery date due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair the piece at no cost.
Any decision to repair a Natalie Wood Designs piece must first be approved by the customer service team and is under the sole discretion of Natalie Wood Designs.
Note: Our repair policy does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use and storage of your product, and any modification done by a third party.
What materials do you use?
We take pride in using the highest quality materials to offer exceptional products at affordable prices.
Natalie Wood Designs' gold and silver plated jewelry is made of hypoallergenic brass coated in 14K gold and sterling silver. Each piece is lead free and nickel free and has a top layer of anti-tarnish e-coating. We plate our pieces with a layer of gold that is 20x the industry standard and use this protective coating to prevent tarnishing.
Natalie Wood Designs' handbags are made of the highest quality PU or vegan leathers.

Natalie Wood Designs Gift Cards purchased online are only redeemable at our online store. Our gift cards are digital and are delivered immediately via email once your purchase has been made.
